Hello,
I’m Nic (she/her)! I'm a Registered Social Worker living in London, ON. I have experience working in community and private practice supporting children, youth, and adults. Some of my experience includes supporting folks navigating trauma impacts, emotional dysregulation, self-harm behaviours, anxiety, low mood, interpersonal relationships, substance use, gender identity and sexual orientation, neurodivergence, and experiences of intimate partner and gender-based violence.
I received my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) with a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies from Western University in 2022. I finished my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Windsor in December 2025.
I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from several modalities to create collaborative care plans to best suit my client's needs. I love to integrate approaches centering mindfulness and radical acceptance. I strive to foster a space that is safe and non-judgmental for folks to explore parts of themselves they may not have had the space to before.
I take a holistic, person-centred approach to therapy and believe that therapy works best when we work together. My role is to support you in understanding your experiences, navigating challenges, and making changes that feel meaningful to you and are aligned with your values. I centre authenticity and continuous learning in my work, learning more about myself every day. If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to connect for a free consultation to discuss how my work and your goals may align. Take good care.
