Hey there,
I’m happy you’re here. You’ve taken a big step in reaching out for support. I’m here to provide a warm space where you can heal and be yourself. I offer trauma-informed therapy for individuals who have experienced relational/complex trauma to process emotions, navigate relationship challenges, and gain insight into how your childhood experiences currently impact you and your relationships. I also work with couples/spouses (in 80-minute sessions) who experience difficulties communicating effectively with each other, and individually with folks who are in couples therapy (with a different therapist).
I offer therapy from a relational approach, meaning that the therapeutic relationship that you and I build is the most important thing to me. I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse youth and young adults, as well as children (age 6+) and their parents. I also offer therapy for grief and substance use.
I try to show up in the space as myself, and I encourage you to do the same if or when you feel safe to do so. Feel free to reach out for a no-cost consultation (with no obligation to book with me afterward) to see if we would be a good fit!
For fellow mental health practitioners or those in training, I am available for clinical consultation or as a practicum field instructor. Please reach out so we can discuss this further!
